Humán papillómavírus (HPV) vizsgálat
Más néven:
Hivatalos név:
Genitális (nemi szervi) humán papillómavírus
Másnéven: 25-Hidroxi-D vitamin (Kalcidiol); 1.25 Dihidroxi-D vitamin (Kalcitriol)
012.  A cikk utoljára módosult: 27.10.2017.
Mire való a vizsgálat?

A méhnyakrákot okozó, ún. nagy kockázatú HPV (hrHPV) típusok kimutatása a fertőzöttség szűrésére vagy pozitív citológiai lelet miatti kivizsgálásként.

Mikor kell a vizsgálatot elvégezni?

30-65 év közötti nőknél, illetve 21-29 éves nőknél pozitív citológiai eredmény esetén.

Milyen mintára van szükség?

A méhnyakról nyert sejteket tartalmazó mintára.

Hogyan készüljek elő a vizsgálatra?

A mintavétel előtti 2 napban ajánlatos kerülni a hüvelyöblítést, a tampon, hüvelyi krémek, dezodorok és gyógyszerek használatát. Egyes orvosok a házasélettől való tartózkodást is elrendelik a vizsgálat előtti 24-48 órában. Menstruáció idejére ne időzítsük a vizsgálatot. A vizsgálat előtt általában ki kell üríteni a húgyhólyagot.
